Signing up creates your account and starts your trial in a single step — no credit card required.
What you need
Just an email address. TimeLock uses passwordless sign-in: enter your email, and a short one-time code is sent to you. Enter the code to finish signing in. You can add TOTP or passkey (WebAuthn) two-factor later, depending on plan.
What happens on signup
- A new account is created on a 14-day trial with Pro plan entitlements, so you can try scheduling, sharing, and larger file storage before picking a plan.
- You become the account's Owner.
Sign-in vs. unlock — two different things
Signing in proves who you are. Your vault stays sealed until you also enter your master password, which is set up once on first use and never leaves your browser. See Your master password and Recovery Kit.
